we discuss this at discovery and scope it around what your business actually needs. we're not interested in locking you into something that doesn't make sense for where you are.
what's the difference between growth partner and just raising a support ticket?
everything. growth partner means we stay across your business proactively, spotting issues before they surface, suggesting improvements, and picking up new work as it comes. it's not a helpdesk.
can we start a growth partner retainer after a project ends?
yes. thats how we work. the transition is natural because we already know your systems, your team and how your business operates. there's no ramp-up time.
what if our needs change month to month?
that's expected. the retainer is flexible by design. some months are heavier, some lighter. we adjust based on what's actually needed.
what does a typical month look like?
