that's exactly what the discovery conversation is for. sometimes it's a single thing that needs fixing. sometimes it's deeper. we'll tell you honestly which one it is before anything begins.
is this just a consulting report we'll never action?
no. every recommendation is practical and tied to a real outcome. and if you want us to execute it, we do, across any of our other services. the plan and the build sit under the same roof. you get a discount if you implement with us.

how long does a transformation engagement take?
the discovery and audit phase typically runs 2 to 4 weeks. the full roadmap and recommendations follow shortly after. implementation timelines depend on what the plan calls for.
do you work with the whole leadership team or just one person?
ideally the whole leadership team. transformation only works when the people making decisions are aligned. we structure the engagement to bring the right people into the conversation early
what if we've tried this before and it didn't stick?
that's more common than you'd think. usually it comes down to a plan that wasn't practical, technology chosen before the strategy was clear, or change management that was skipped entirely. we work backwards from what went wrong and approach it differently.
